Tej Gajjar is a Senior Manager at Knight R&D with a BSc (Hons) in Biotechnology and nearly a decade of experience in R&D tax consultancy. He began his career at EY before holding roles at a mid-tier firm and KPMG, where he managed complex engagements for major clients including Shell and JP Morgan across sectors such as pharmaceuticals, telecommunications, and engineering.

At Knight R&D, Tej works closely with leadership to support the firm’s growth, improve delivery processes, and mentor the wider team. He specialises in science and engineering claims outside of software and has extensive experience in resolving HMRC enquiries, maintaining a strong track record of successful outcomes.

Outside of work, Tej enjoys playing and watching cricket and values the collaborative, ambitious culture at Knight R&D that encourages professional growth and meaningful impact.
